Diagnosis

Scape dark and metallic; female flagellum with a 3-segmented clava; fore wing without admarginal setae on lower membrane; petiole 1.5X as long as wide in female, 3.0X in male; anteromedian smooth area on propodeum fairly wide and flat; first gastral tergite with hairtufts anterolaterally, posterior margin of tergite smoothly curved backwards; small species (0.9-1.5 mm).
